Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America 2017 kicks off next weekend from the Circuit of The Americas: at the start of the series promoted by italian manufacturer there will be also Michele Beretta: the 4Motorsport driver, already engaged in the Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup and in the Italian GT Championship (which drive in both series the Lamborghini Huracan GT3 field by Ombra Racing), reached the agreement with the Prestige Performance / Wayne Taylor Racing team few days ago, and will race in the Pro class with Alex Popow.
Michele Beretta: “This season becomes more intense every day! I am very happy about the opportunity offered by the Lamborghini Squadra COrse and Prestige Performance / Wayne Taylor Racing to take part in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America. After the experience in Daytona and Sebring with the GT3, it will be interesting to race an entire championship in US at the wheel of an Huracan ST. The circuits here are all fascinating and very selective, starting from Austin, which among all the American circuits, is perhaps the most European. It’s not an easy circuit, but it allows you to dare and take some extra risk due to the wide runoff areas, something unusual on american tracks. This will make it easier to be competitive at the wheel of the Huracan ST.“
